Oklahoma Boudoir Photographer: Crushed Velvet

As far as fabrics go, nothing looks quite as rich and inviting as velvet. Whether you’re going for a slinky, sultry evening look or a sophisticated work vibe, velvet hits the mark every time — which is why we’re so excited this '90s trend is back in a big way. We are totally obsession over this crushed velvet body suit on this beauty.

Oklahoma Boudoir Photographer: Santa Baby, just slip an album under the tree

It’s that time of year again ladies! At Adoralee we will be chugging peppermint mocha’s and ho ho ho-ing all of the way up until December 20th. If you shoot on or before this date you will be guaranteed to get your products back by Christmas. There really isn’t anything better to give to the one you love the most than something that they could never buy for themselves.

We still have some openings so if you have forgotten what to get that special someone give us a call. We have the coolest new Christmas special that is unlike any special we have ever run before. It comes with:

·         2 outfits

·          2 sets

·          1 whole hour of shooting,

·         a full hair and makeup look including false lashes

·         10 retouched digital images.

Our special is only $275, and spots are booking up fast! We are also booking for Valentine’s day. If you call after hours, we are probably carting our screaming kids around target trying to get some Christmas shopping done, but we will get back to you as soon as the Benadryl kicks in! (Joking... sort of.)

Oklahoma Boudoir Photographer - Studio Retreat 2014

There are 18 more Saturdays until Christmas and at AdoraLee, Christmas means twice as many beautiful clients than usual. This is the calm before the storm, so we decided to take a few days to get away. Just us girls, both our Tulsa and Norman staff took the 6 hour trip to Branson, MO for some fun!

We had some crazy fun times and left with a new appreciation for each other as well as lots of inside jokes.

This was the first studio trip we had ever put together so as you can imagine we learned a lot about road trips and overnight stays with our fellow employees. Imagine what would happen if your office packed up and headed out of town with each other for three days.

We had everything from a duffle bag full of candy to a rather interesting 5 minute makeup contest. Which Melissa won by the way!

We introduced Drea to the mythical creature that is Dolly Parton at the Dixie Stampede.

There was a full blown Mexican Feast on our first night, and morning coffee on the beautiful porch overlooking the golf course.

I learned some pretty interesting things about my work family.

One of us snores REALLY loud, but I won’t tell who.

Three of us have an unhealthy obsession with our pets.

Ashley makes some bangin biscuits and gravy, and Shelby can eat a whole chicken.

Give Drea some string and a headband, and she can fashion a life raft…or a gorgeous headpiece.

Of all the things that made me the happiest, was knowing I have an amazing team who love their job. Bring on the HOLIDAYS!!!
