Terms and Conditions
Services provided by AdoraLee Photography:
Optional hair and makeup service, artistic posing, direction, proof images, your choice airbrushed images presented in a custom designed leatherette album (5×5 or 8×8).
Add on services:
Hair and Makeup, please note that by using our Hair and Makeup contractors you release AdoraLee, and associated private parties of all liability and hold them harmless regarding any and all issues regarding the application, wear, side effects, and overall results of your hair and makeup service.
Terms and Conditions
Payment:
A $50 non refundable deposit is required to hold your session date. The rest of the session is due on or before your session date. You can set up payment arrangements if needed.
Cancellation:
If Photographer is unable to perform to the guide lines of this contract due to a fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of photographer; and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full, AdoraLee shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. If AdoraLee is unable to perform to the obligations in this contract for reasons outside the sole control of Lacy Hammack, he/she will not be liable for costs in excess of the amount the client has paid. This limitation of liability will also apply in the event that negatives or digital images are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail, or otherwise damaged or lost without fault of the photographer, Lacy Hammack. If the client cancels for any reason, they forfeit the $50 deposit placed to hold their date.
Negatives and/or Files:
Digital images will be kept for 3 months before deletion. The client has the opportunity to purchase a CD of these images of $100.
Turnaround Time:
Although AdoraLee will make every effort to deliver your book in a timely manner, during Christmas and Valentine’s Day, delays are possible however rare. If your album is late we will offer a full refund. The Photographer guarantees arrival of your book within 14 days from the date you send your image choices to us. The albums arrive at our studio and you will be required to pick them up there unless you make arrangements with us to ship your book to you.
Model Release:
Photographs taken during your session will NOT be displayed anywhere without your written approval. We understand the private nature of boudoir. We love that many of our clients do allow us to share, but you are not obligated too.
Injury:
Posing can be physically straining and it is the client’s responsibility to know and set limits for their body. Client agrees to hold harmless AdoraLee and its subsidiaries against any and all liability, including, but not limited to, physical injury in or around our studio, anytime they are present and especially during the session itself.
Client also hold harmless AdoraLee and its subsidiaries against all liability regarding hair and makeup service. Client understands AdoraLee Photography LLC, including it’s Hair and Makeup artists, are not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or any other harmful effects resulting from hair and makeup service.
Confidentiality:
If you or your guest are a boudoir photographer or aspiring boudoir photographer, you are required to notify the photographer immediately so that you can sign confidentiality agreements before your session is performed. If not AdoraLee will pursue our legal rights to you/guest’s existing and future boudoir service income.
Changes of these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
By placing a deposit with AdoraLee Photography LLC, client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
