Why did you choose an Adoralee Experience?

To boost my confidence, my friends suggested I have a boudoir shoot done.   

See,  two years ago I was extremely ill.  I was hospitalized for 3 months, had a rare bacterial infection that resulted in multiple surgeries.   This included waking up with a colostomy on my birthday and leaving the hospital a month later with my surgical site still open.  It took me a full year to recover and the my wound to heal.  

I'm very grateful that I made it thru that rough time and proud of my ostomy.   It gave me life, literally.  I try to become the face of ostomy awareness and offer to help others in dealing with this in their lives when I can.   

Only one thing has not been made better.   I had just come into my feeling of sexiness confidence after being with a man who made me feel anything but for 32 years.   Now I feel like I'm starting over.  Not secure in my body in the sexy mind of way. 

My friends thought boudoir photos will help....  I would love to be the one to showcase that ostomies are not something nasty and to be hidden.
